IEA Expert Group to assess Finland’s energy policy

A Review Team of the International Energy Agency IEA will visit Finland on 27 November – 1 December 2017 to carry out an in-depth-review of our recent energy policy. The previous similar review was made in 2013.

The OECD has today published a review of research and innovation policy in Finland where it gives several recommendations for increased productivity, economic renewal, competence development and improved effectiveness of research. A key challenge for Finland is to transform knowledge, research results and new ideas into new products and innovations in global markets.
