9.12.2021 | On 9 December 2021, the European Commission published a proposed directive on improving working conditions in platform work. The proposal contains provisions on the determination of employment status of people working through digital platforms as well as other requirements. According to the report, the organisations consider the preparation of a common agreement-based labour market model to be necessary.
