7.9.2026 | On 7 September 2026, Minister of Climate Change and the Environment Sari Multala visited Posiva Oy’s spent nuclear fuel encapsulation plant and final disposal facility in Eurajoki. Multala was accompanied to the facility by the Estonian Minister of Energy and the Environment Andres Sutt and Latvia’s Minister for Climate and Energy Jānis Vitenbergs.
