24.9.2026 | Between 2017 and 2025, Finnish companies and municipalities invested more than EUR 2 billion in measures improving energy efficiency. Thanks to these measures, the organisations are saving 18.6 terawatts (TWh) of energy per year compared with the initial situation. The Government’s climate targets are ambitious: carbon neutrality by 2035, and nearly fossil-free energy production in the course of the 2030s.
