Processing of personal data

The statutory tasks of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment include the processing of certain permit procedures related to business activities, such as authorisation for space activities and economic zone licences. 

What data do we collect on you when you apply for a permit?

We systematically collect your name and the name and contact information of the organisation you represent.  We retain your personal data in accordance with the Prime Minister’s Office’s information management plan.

What is our data processing based on?

We process your personal data to comply with our statutory obligation or to perform a task concerning the public interest.

Disclosure and transfer of personal data

We do not systematically disclose personal data. We may disclose personal data, upon request, in accordance with the Act on the Openness of Government Activities.

We do not disclose your data for direct marketing or market and opinion polls.
