10.6.2019 | Minister of Economic Affairs Katri Kulmuni has appointed Kari Jääskeläinen, Master of Administrative Sciences, as her Special Adviser. He will take up this position immediately. Jääskeläinen will assist the Minister in business and employment matters, and with the Minister’s communications. 19.6.2019 | Licentiate of Science in Technology Nina Kopola has been appointed as the Director General of Business Finland starting on 1 September 2019. In 2011–2018 Kopola served as President and CEO of Suominen Corporation. Before that, she held various leading positions at Dynea in 2000–2011. 28.12.2018 | Minister of Labour Jari Lindström has appointed B.SC (Tech.) Tiina Ahva (23) as a Special Adviser to the Minister. She will replace M.Sc. (B.A.) Juha Halttunen, who will become one of the directors of the advocacy agency Blic. Ahva will start in her post on 15 January 2019.
