Puumarkkinoiden toiminnasta teetetään ulkopuolinen selvitys ja kansainvälinen benchmarking, jonka perusteella ministeriö tekee toimenpide-ehdotukset ja puumarkkinan toimivuuden ja ennustettavuuden parantamiseksi.
