Ann-Mari Kemell appointed State Secretary to Minister of Economic Affairs

Ann-Mari Kemell, who holds a Master of Science degree in Economics, was appointed State Secretary to Minister of Economic Affairs Mika Lintilä on 19 April 2022. The State Secretary’s term ends with that of the Minister. The Government appointed Kemell to the position on 13 April 2022.

Before her appointment, Kemell was Special Adviser in Economic Policy to Minister of Finance Annikka Saarikko. Prior to that, she served as Special Adviser to several ministers in economic and tax policy. Kemell worked previously at the Finland Chamber of Commerce as Director responsible for economic and industrial policy.
