Goals and results
Esityksen tavoitteena on korottaa sähköverkkomaksuja Energiaviraston lisääntyviä sähköverkonhaltijoiden valvontatehtäviä vastaavasti.
Starting points
Sähköverkkomaksuja on tarpeen korottaa vastaamaan Energiaviraston uusia sähköverkkovalvonnan tehtäviä, joita sille on ehdotettu hallituksen esityksessä 45/2025 vp.
Sähköverkkomaksujen tavoitteena on rahoittaa valtiolle sähköverkonhaltijoiden valvonnasta aiheutuvat kustannukset. Maksuja korottamalla Energiavirastolle pystytään osoittamaan rahoitus lisätehtävien hoitamiseen.
Vuonna 2024 toiminut työ- ja elinkeinoministeriön Suurjänniteverkkotyöryhmä on ehdottanut sähkömarkkinalakiin muutoksia, joiden seurauksena Energiavirastolle aiheutuisi lisää sähköverkonhaltijoiden valvontatehtäviä.
