The objective of the Artificial Intelligence 4.0 programme launched in November 2020 was to prepare an action plan for Finland to speed up the introduction of AI technologies and promote the fourth industrial revolution. Finland to enhance Europeans’ digital skills – Elements of AI online course to be launched in EU countries

The objective is to train one per cent of EU citizens in the basics of artificial intelligence, thereby strengthening digital competence within the EU.
