Enkät: Finländarna litar på varandra på arbetsplatserna – nästan en tredjedel skulle gärna jobba tillsammans med en robot
Fyra av fem finländare känner förtroende för sin arbetsplats och sina kolleger. Cheferna litar i stor utsträckning på medarbetarna och medarbetarna på varandra, men över en tredjedel upplever att chefen underhåller dem information. Personer under trettio år är mest oroliga för att bli utan jobb, men nästan var tredje finländare skulle gärna jobba tillsammans med en robot.
Merparten av finländarna (79 %) känner i allmänhet förtroende för sin arbetsplats och de som arbetar där, framgår av en enkät om förtroende i det finska arbetslivet som under våren 2018 genomförts av TNS Kantar på uppdrag av arbets- och näringsministeriets projekt Arbetsliv 2020.
Enligt enkäten litar man mer på arbetskamraterna än på chefen: 88 procent av människorna i arbetslivet svarar att de litar på sina arbetskamrater ganska eller väldigt mycket, medan motsvarande siffra i fråga om tilliten till cheferna är 74 procent. Störst förtroende hyser dock cheferna för sina medarbetare. Så mycket som 94 procent av de chefer som besvarade enkäten uppger att de litar ganska mycket på sina medarbetare.
Två tredjedelar av respondenterna litar på sin arbetsgivare (ett företag eller en organisation). Över en femtedel (22 %) uppger däremot att de litar ganska lite på sin arbetsgivare och nio procent mycket lite.
– Resultaten visar att vi i Finland har ett starkt förtroendekapital i arbetslivet. Det är en konkurrensfaktor för oss på den internationella arenan, eftersom de arbetsplatser som satsar på förtroendekapitalet är framgångsrika och attraktiva som arbetsgivare, säger Margita Klemetti, projektdirektör för Arbetsliv 2020.
Robotik och artificiell intelligens delar finländarna – unga mest oroliga för sina jobb
Över en tredjedel av finländarna (36 %) anser att det till och med är bra att artificiell intelligens i framtiden kommer att sköta en del av deras arbetsuppgifter, och 29 procent uppger att de gärna skulle samarbeta med en robot.
Tre fjärdedelar av respondenterna förhåller sig tillitsfulla till att det finns tillräckligt med jobb inom den egna branschen även i fortsättningen, trots framtidsutsikterna i fråga om automatisering och robotisering. Arbetstagare under 30 år är klart osäkrare än de som är äldre: nästan en tredjedel (29 %) av de unga tror inte att det finns jobb för dem i framtiden inom deras nuvarande bransch.
Även öppenheten i fråga om kommunikationen på arbetsplatserna delar finländarna. Majoriteten (56 %) anser att den egna arbetsgivaren är öppen i sin kommunikation, men över en tredjedel (36 %) anser att chefen undanhåller medarbetarna information. En femtedel (20 %) av respondenterna anser att de inte blir hörda på arbetsplatsen.

Av enkäten framkom att den viktigaste faktorn för att förtroende ska uppstå är att man håller fast vid överenskommelser – nästan alla respondenter (98 %) ansåg att detta är viktigt för förtroendet på arbetsplatsen.
– Jämlikhet och att samma regler gäller för alla verkar vara mycket viktigt på de finska arbetsplatserna. Att både man själv och chefen föregår med gott exempel upplevs som viktigt: på arbetsplatsen måste man agera så att man är värd förtroende, säger Klemetti.
Enkätundersökningen genomfördes av TNS Kantar i maj 2018, och den besvarades av 1 024 personer i yrkesverksam ålder. Syftet med enkäten var att klarlägga förtroendet i arbetslivet och de faktorer som inverkar på att förtroende skapas på de finska arbetsplatserna. Enkäten genomfördes på uppdrag av arbets- och näringsministeriets projekt Arbetsliv 2020, föreningen Suomalaisen Työn Liitto, Arbetshälsoinstitutet och Business Finland.
