Arbetsminister Haatainen deltar i ett evenemang i Davos som behandlar framtidens arbete
Arbetsminister Tuula Haatainen deltar i ett evenemang om framtidens arbete i samband med Världsekonomiskt forum den 21 januari 2020. Vid evenemanget offentliggörs en undersökning som behandlar arbetsmarknadens anpassningsförmåga, och i anslutning till den förs diskussioner på hög nivå om resultaten i rapporten.
I rundabordssamtalet deltar utöver minister Haatainen bl.a. Internationella arbetsorganisationen ILO:s generalsekreterare Guy Ryder, Förenade arabemiratens ekonomiminister Sultan Al Mansoori, chefsekonom på Europeiska banken för återuppbyggnad och utveckling Beata Javorcik samt företagsledare.
– Delaktighet och kunnande utgör samhälleliga grundpelare, och vårt regeringsprogram stöder sig också starkt på att stärka dem. Vi lyfter fram särskilda finländska starka sidor i diskussionen, såsom ett högklassigt utbildningssystem, täckande social trygghet och en arbetsmarknad som baserar sig på avtal. Fungerande institutioner och ömsesidigt förtroende hjälper att lösa samhälleliga utmaningar, säger minister Haatainen.
