I Finland underlättar förlängningen av giltighetstiden genomförandet av den femte ansökningsomgången för kostnadsstöd till företag. Kommissionen fastställde dessutom att reglerna ska utvidgas till att omfatta stöd som främjar investeringar och solvens.
