På rådets agenda står bland annat konkurrenskraftsfonden och kommissionens rapport om den inre marknaden och konkurrenskraften. Finland betonar vikten av att trygga konkurrensen på den inre marknaden och lyfter fram diskussionsunderlaget i rådet. 18.11.2021 | Europeiska kommissionen beslutade den 18 november 2021 att förlänga de regler om statligt stöd som gjorts flexibla på grund av coronakrisen fram till den 30 juni 2022. I Finland underlättar förlängningen av giltighetstiden genomförandet av den femte ansökningsomgången för kostnadsstöd till företag. Kommissionen fastställde dessutom att reglerna ska utvidgas till att omfatta stöd som främjar investeringar och solvens.
