Trenden bestyrks också av att permitteringarna har minskat sedan januari. Antalet nya arbetslöshetsperioder är lägre än tidigare. Den ökade arbetslösheten är till stor del ökande långtidsarbetslöshet, eftersom antalet arbetslösa som inte är långtidsarbetslösa redan sjunker något.
